  • La Mudita is a house from the thirties located in Plogastel-Saint-Germain in southern Finistère, 15 km from Penhors beach on Audierne bay. It is a house dedicated to calm with a large bright attic room of 65 m2 on the second floor, a veranda, a living room, a large kitchen and also a large garage with attic.

The specificities of the house are on the one hand an aspect of community life, namely that we prepare and take meals together. On the other hand, the house is a place dedicated to meditation and tantra and to life in full presence. Meditations take place in the 2nd room in the morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. and in the evening from 9:30 p.m. to 10p.m.

Description of the area and neighborhood : La Mudita is located in the village of Plogastel-Saint-Germain, 150 meters from the church on wooded grounds. Penhors beach on Audierne bay is 15 km away.

    In a master’s house with its 4-hectare park, on the edge of Livradois and just 20 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand (Auvergne) —or only a few minutes from Vertaizon train station—come and flourish in a setting ideal for meditation and creation.

    The main materials available include wood, leaves, grass, hay (seasonal), soil (ready to dig!), stones, and occasionally various discarded items. The garden and park are perfect for sculptural creations. A well-equipped workshop allows for cutting, sawing, gluing, and welding. Barns (unheated) provide space for your work. A guest room or bed and breakfast accommodation will be available, depending on availability.
