AZAN contemporary art

Artist run project that unfolds into art projects and residencies.

The main focus of AZAN, is to build a network of artists from around the world.

AZAN space welcome artists seeking a studio in an open space layout.
Here artists can develop their work, research, collaborate and share ideas.

AZAN holds an independent program connecting the resident artists with other artists.

This program includes open studios, exhibitions, performances, and talks. AZAN will consider resident artists to participate in its program in a case-by-case basis.

We also do gatherings for food, drinks and music.

Description of the area and neighborhood : QUINTA DE MOLHA PÃO STUDIOSInformal and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by nature.Residents are encouraged to explore the surroundings autonomously and understand its dynamic throughout the stay.
Facilities (wifi, phone..) : We have 8 open space studios Area - 27 Sqm Additional Area - Under request Furniture - Drawing table with high chair, table with chair and floor lamp. Access - 24/7 In the main courtyard Shared bathroom Washing area Parking space Soon Kitchen and interior chill out area Accommodation Conditions Rent – 215 euros per month / 27 Sqm studio Deposit - 215 euros First payment - Rent + Deposit = 430 euros VAT cost depending on country of origin Included Water and electricity for illumination purpose The heating of the space is made only through gas heating. We provide the gas equipment. Our in-house team will provide support the resident with information regarding the local services, openings, art events and suppliers. Not Included Internet Gas (we provide contact for local gas delivery) Accommodation Transports The resident artist has to find their own sponsor to cover the expenses. If needed, we can provide a letter of invitation.

    In a master’s house with its 4-hectare park, on the edge of Livradois and just 20 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand (Auvergne) —or only a few minutes from Vertaizon train station—come and flourish in a setting ideal for meditation and creation.

    Je propose de vous accueillir dans mon chez moi encore en travaux mais habitable! L'espace à disposition est assez pour installer un endroit de travail au calme pour vos créations. Je suis créatrice également et je suis actuellement à la recherche de nouvelles rencontres artistiques, qui puissent m'inspirer dans ce nouveau chez moi qui a besoin d'être rechargé en bonnes vibrations... Cuisine en commun et sdb aussi, je demande juste à qu'on se mette d'accord pour que tout le monde se sente à l'aise et dans le confort. En France depuis 13 ans, je suis d'origine italienne et j'ai fait les beaux arts à Milan. Je crée des bijoux et je réalise des peintures...solaire et ourse, je suis à l'écoute et respectueuse des besoins de solitude ou de partage de tout en chacun 😉 Rivières, mer et nature sauvage ne sont pas loin.

    Bonjour, je m'appelle Diego et je suis originaire d'Andalousie (Espagne). Je vis en France depuis cinq ans et demi, dont les quatre derniers dans les Gorges de l'Allier. Je suis photographe d'art et de nature. Je parle couramment le français, je suis de langue maternelle espagnole et j'ai quelques notions d'anglais. Il y a deux ans, j'ai acheté une ancienne ferme de 1977 avec ses différents bâtiments. Je rénove ce qui sera ma résidence principale et, parallèlement, je crée une résidence secondaire où je prévois d'accueillir une colocation d'artistes. L'objectif de ce coloc est d'être un lieu d'échange et de développement de la carrière de chaque artiste, en créant des espaces de collaboration, de création et d'exposition de différentes créations artistiques.
