Cela fait maintenant trois ans que je me consacre totalement à ma passion et exerce professionnellement en tant qu’artiste peintre.

J’habite à Paris dans le 5ème art et ai actuellement mon atelier à Saint Pierre des Corps qui dépend d’un mécénat privé.

Je cherche à me rapprocher de Paris et ai visité Saint Maur la semaine dernière, notamment La Pie que je trouve idyllique pour créer.

Je recherche donc à Saint Maur :

25 m2 minimum en rez-de-chaussée avec un espace extérieur utilisable.

Il faut que dans ce local il y ait :

– de la lumière du jour qui entre (donc si rdc pas un local enclavé dans de grands immeubles qui enlèvent la lumière),
– du chauffage et une isolation pas d’humidité.
– un point d’eau chaude et froide à l’intérieur du local

Les toilettes peuvent être à l’extérieur
La surface peut être brute c’est d’autant mieux pour peintre puisque ce serait pour en faire mon atelier.

L’idéal serait une dépendance au fond d’un jardin peut être.

budget : 370€/mois.

Propositions artistiques en échange de la résidence (oeuvres, cours, ateliers, dîner, concert...) : Un dessin / une peinture moyen format conçue spécialement pour la personne dans mon style bien sûr si pas de loyer.

    My painting is usually abstract, but at times I choose to do landscapes, portraits, etc. I'm American and French; I live in Paris. My painting formats range from very small to 59x76.37 inches. Américaine d'origine, je peins à l'huile ou à l'acrylique dans un style abstrait, mais aussi dans un style plus figuratif pour des paysages, des portraits, etc. J'habite à Paris.
