Hello. I am a composer, singer and guitarist, born in a village deep in rural Russia. I have lived in France for 30 years, mainly in Paris. My daughter has grown up and I need to get away. To refine my compositions, I need a quiet place with a view of nature.

Propositions artistiques en échange de la résidence (oeuvres, cours, ateliers, dîner, concert...) : I am a qualified music teacher and I love sharing my knowledge. I can teach you to understand and play music: voice, guitar and accordion. I can lead a singing workshop, offer a private concert for your friends, cook Russian dishes, and introduce you to qigong.
Description environment are you looking for ( nature, urban, other…) : Preferably nature or a village. The most important thing is silence.
Describe your projects for a residence : I am refining a new repertoire of recently composed songs in French in order to record them: my ninth album. I practise guitar and singing a lot. I also work on arrangements for double bass, violin and drums on my iPad.

Description of the type of workspace needed (office, studio, rehearsal space…) : Any space or room with good acoustics and a view of greenery would suit me. I appreciate silence to concentrate. A chair or armchair and a table are enough for me. In winter, a fireplace or stove is conducive to inspiration.

    Songwriter, producer of my albums and self-taught multi-instrumentalist. What drives me above all is composition — spending my days creating, through sounds, testing and research, the best indie-pop record possible. Originally from Nantes, I lived in Paris, Marseille and Montreal, following a semi-nomadic journey that nourishes my music. I also like the meeting with the public, the moment when the songs leave the studio to become alive during concerts. Today my objective is twofold: First, to write and record a new EP which will be the sequel to the one produced last year in Montreal (link available if you wish). Secondly, and depending on the layout of the premises: think about, prepare and film around a hundred short format videos for marketing purposes for social networks. It can be a mini-live session with my songs but also videos “behind the scenes” while composing or even reflections on the progress of the album.
