Our Residence of Artist’s is a Multi-Cultural and Artistic place, indissolubly connected to the identity of a unique city: Palermo.

Honored as the ”City’s Capital of Culture” our ”polis” is a mysterious place of a kind, depicted fully with street arts influenced by diverse cultures: Arabic, jew, Gothic and Normandy influence and to be obviously captivated by the Greek-Roman art.

It’s not a coincidence that Palermo is fundamentally noted as a residence which draws inspirations for artists of international fame with fine artistic products.

    Description of the Space The residency which hosted musician Marina Mauriello is now dedicated to research projects in the field of contemporary art. Located in the Cannaregio district, it overlooks a wide Rio Terà between Ca’ d’Oro and Fondamenta Nuove, in an authentic and quiet area of historic Venice. The space has an independent entrance and is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a studio of approximately 20 sqm with direct access to the calle, an artist laboratory/workspace, and a bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a large hall of approximately 40 sqm with a ceiling height of 3 meters, suitable for exhibitions, meetings, and research activities, offering complete freedom for installations and hanging works. An internal guesthouse is also available, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms to support artist residencies. Spirit of the Place The residency is not a traditional hospitality venue, but a space designed to welcome artists, curators, researchers, musicians, and cultural professionals, offering a private and immersive environment dedicated to the development of creative and research projects. The guesthouse is available exclusively within the framework of the artist residency activities.

    • A 115 m² multipurpose room with exposed timber framing, 7 m ceiling height and natural light. The room is equipped with a 48 m² modular stage with dance floor.
    • A 100 m² outdoor area that can be arranged according to your needs.
    • A 16 m² reception area.
    • A 22 m² fitted dressing room with shower, toilet and kitchenette.
