Domaine dans la Vienne avec C3 Yamaha – Nature

Bonjour,

Je peux mettre à disposition ma maison/domaine qui dispose de 4 chambres en hiver auxquelles s’ajoutent dès les beaux jours une autre chambre et un grand dortoir, d’une grande salle de musique/théâtre avec un Yamaha C3 et de 2 hectares de terrain. Notre maison dispose aussi d’une très grande grange de 300 m2. Je suis pour ma part pianiste et enseignante/chercheuse à la retraite et nous organisons régulièrement des stages d’improvisation théâtrale et autres événements liés à notre association qui souhaite associer les arts et l’écologie. Me déplaçant fréquemment, je souhaiterais échanger ce lieu avec la garde de mes deux petites fox, le soin de mes plantes et la prise en charge des consommations d’électricité et d’eau.

Description of the area and neighborhood : Domaine dans petit village de la Vienne, à 30 kms de Chatellerault et de Poitiers. Terrain de 2 hectares avec potager, verger etc ... Liaison avec les gares routières à Mirebeau ( 10 kms de la maison. Domaine clos sur lui -même.

    In a master’s house with its 4-hectare park, on the edge of Livradois and just 20 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand (Auvergne) —or only a few minutes from Vertaizon train station—come and flourish in a setting ideal for meditation and creation.

    The main materials available include wood, leaves, grass, hay (seasonal), soil (ready to dig!), stones, and occasionally various discarded items. The garden and park are perfect for sculptural creations. A well-equipped workshop allows for cutting, sawing, gluing, and welding. Barns (unheated) provide space for your work. A guest room or bed and breakfast accommodation will be available, depending on availability.

    Je propose de vous accueillir dans mon chez moi encore en travaux mais habitable! L'espace à disposition est assez pour installer un endroit de travail au calme pour vos créations. Je suis créatrice également et je suis actuellement à la recherche de nouvelles rencontres artistiques, qui puissent m'inspirer dans ce nouveau chez moi qui a besoin d'être rechargé en bonnes vibrations... Cuisine en commun et sdb aussi, je demande juste à qu'on se mette d'accord pour que tout le monde se sente à l'aise et dans le confort. En France depuis 13 ans, je suis d'origine italienne et j'ai fait les beaux arts à Milan. Je crée des bijoux et je réalise des peintures...solaire et ourse, je suis à l'écoute et respectueuse des besoins de solitude ou de partage de tout en chacun 😉 Rivières, mer et nature sauvage ne sont pas loin.
