Hinge Arts and Kaman Art Foundation are generously providing a one-time sponsorship to FARM STUDIO International Artist Residency in rural Rajasthan, India from February 15 to March 10, 2019.

Artists creating in any media are welcome to apply: dance, theatre, music, sound, performance art, writing, painting, drawing, printmaking, textiles, culinary, photography, video/film, animation, architecture, sculpture (any material), ceramics, mixed-media / multi-media, interdisciplinary, installation, and other new/alternative media. Researchers, curators, and art critics are also welcome to apply. Open to emerging and established artists.

What is offered:
– FREE stay – February 15 to March 10, 2019
– Accommodation at FARM STUDIO
– Artistic material stipend (2000 INR)
– Wifi
– Food
– Local transportation
– Studio space
– Local sight-seeing

Artist responsible for:
– Travel to and within India;
– To arrive in closest city near Andore Village: Jodhpur / Udaipur, Rajasthan, or Sheoganj / Sirohi, Rajasthan.
– Visa, personal insurance, and any travel-related and personal expenses.

The deadline for applications is January 22, 2018.
