– Beautiful historical house in Catalunya with a big garden full of fruit trees. We propose an independent appartment for two or three people and a rehearsal space.
– Belle maison historique en Catalogne avec un grand jardin plein d’arbres fruitiers. Nous proposons un appartement indépendant pour deux ou trois personnes et un salle de répétition.
– Hermosa masía histórica con un gran jardín lleno de árboles frutales. Proponemos un apartamento independiente para dos o tres personas y un local de ensayo.

Description of the area and neighborhood : Nature is wonderful here, with roe deer and wild animals in the forests. The beautiful lake of Banyoles is 15 minutes away by car, the small village of Esponellá with its bars, 5 minutes away. And we are half an hour from the Costa Brava. A paradise to discover. La nature y est magnifique, avec des chevreuils et des animaux sauvages dans les bois. Le magnifique lac de Banyoles est à 15 minutes en voiture, le petit village d'Esponellá avec ses bars à 5 minutes. Et nous sommes à une demi-heure de la Costa Brava. Un paradis à découvrir. La naturaleza es maravillosa aquí, con corzos y animales salvajes en los bosques. El precioso lago de Banyoles está a 15 minutos en coche, el pequeño pueblo de Esponellá con sus bares, a 5 minutos. Y estamos a media hora de la Costa Brava. Un paraíso a descubrir.

    In a master’s house with its 4-hectare park, on the edge of Livradois and just 20 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand (Auvergne) —or only a few minutes from Vertaizon train station—come and flourish in a setting ideal for meditation and creation.

    The main materials available include wood, leaves, grass, hay (seasonal), soil (ready to dig!), stones, and occasionally various discarded items. The garden and park are perfect for sculptural creations. A well-equipped workshop allows for cutting, sawing, gluing, and welding. Barns (unheated) provide space for your work. A guest room or bed and breakfast accommodation will be available, depending on availability.

    Je propose de vous accueillir dans mon chez moi encore en travaux mais habitable! L'espace à disposition est assez pour installer un endroit de travail au calme pour vos créations. Je suis créatrice également et je suis actuellement à la recherche de nouvelles rencontres artistiques, qui puissent m'inspirer dans ce nouveau chez moi qui a besoin d'être rechargé en bonnes vibrations... Cuisine en commun et sdb aussi, je demande juste à qu'on se mette d'accord pour que tout le monde se sente à l'aise et dans le confort. En France depuis 13 ans, je suis d'origine italienne et j'ai fait les beaux arts à Milan. Je crée des bijoux et je réalise des peintures...solaire et ourse, je suis à l'écoute et respectueuse des besoins de solitude ou de partage de tout en chacun 😉 Rivières, mer et nature sauvage ne sont pas loin.
