Description de l’environnement géographique : The house is located in a quiet street in a residential neighborhood and less than a block away from a beautiful lagoon where you can swim, go for a walk or practice water sports. The beach lies right behind the lagoon and can be reached with a 10min walk through the dunes. You can find several food options, supermarket, organic shops, yoga studios, food trucks and bakeries walking distance. We are also 15 minutes driving from Lagoa da Conceição, one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Florianópolis, where you will find nightlife, restaurants, and shops.
