This beautiful and comfortable apartment is ideally located (at a walking distance to the very center : Beaubourg, le Marais, etc.), and fully equipped.
Exquisite decoration, all commodities and convenience around.

Description de l’environnement géographique : The neighborhood is a beautiful mix of popular cultures (lots of theatres, little streets full of Indian restaurants, African hairdressers, etc.), and also takes on a more quiet and comfortable side (covered market, beautiful shops, etc.). We are two steps away from the Canal Saint-Martin (remember Amélie from Montmartre), and at a walking distance to the very center (15 minutes) : Beaubourg, le Marais, Notre-Dame, etc. - perfect places for culture and shopping.
Commodités (wifi, tv, teléphone…) : Lovely apartment in a 19th century very Parisian style building (nice back yard, fountain, plants, etc.), all secured (concierge, security cameras). The place is cute and very well decorated with a "cabinet de curiosités" aspect, fully equipped and very comfortable : dish washer, washing/drying machine, Wi-Fi, king size bed, bathtub, etc. Please note there is no TV here - as I decided to ban it from my life a few years ago. But who cares, you are in Paris to enjoy the city !
