I live between Thessaloniki and my country house in the mountains named Petrokerasa in a big house which i would like to offer for hosting 1-4 musicians. Ideally i would like us all to collaborate and jammin' and 'who knows..' maybe in the end we produce something nice. I offer that for 1-3 weeks for June and July.

  The farm is located in one of the most scenic spots of all Italy - the corner of the Val d'Orcia and the Colli Senesi - overlooking the picturesque Tuscan rolling hills that you would know from tourist guide covers. 5 minutes away is the small Tuscan hilltop village Trequanda, the shopping centres of Sinalunga/Valdichiana are a 15 minute drive and Siena is around 40 minutes away. The tourist towns of Pienza, Montepulciano and Montalcino are all around 25 minutes from here. We have acquired the farm last year and are now in the process of putting it back to its former beauty. Grain, wine and olives have already been grown on our fertile grounds since the Roman and Etruscan times. After running a most enchanting agriturismo with organic farm for the past years for friends of mine, I have made it my live's dream to create an inspiring place in this little corner of paradise myself. As first step, we have transformed the farm into all biological end of last year. We already home chicken and cats, and currently think of which other animals could be suitable for us. We are also planting a vegetable garden which we hope will feed us well. The main agricultural product are the grapes from our 15 hectare vineyard. We also have some 100 olive trees. Additionally, we have now planted fields with legumes to prepare them for planting many more olive trees. We can teach you how to work a vineyard: especially pruning in January to April, trimming in April, May and June and harvesting in September and October - no prior knowledge required. We have an expert that will share all the secrets of the trade with you. And I promise to provide you with the best equipment there is for such! We can also teach you about construction. We have an expert 3-D-architect living on property that currently plans and then will project-manage the construction of an agriturismo close-by. At the moment, we do some hands-on renovations in the bathrooms of the annexes where you can apprentice you on all kinds of renovation tasks. We are currently in the process of planting our fully-organic vegetable garden. My neighbor is advising us on that. She has the most beautiful and productive organic vegetable garden you can imagine. So I can ensure you that you can learn a lot from helping in also getting a little paradise garden here at Belsedere. The hands-on experiences are typically in the mornings. Then we all have lunch together. Food is all supplied by us, also drinks. At lunch, we have a routa where one of us cooks for all. So, do expect that also you have to cook for everybody like once a week. Healthy options much preferred, but if pasta with tomato sauce is all you know we will also have that. As part of living here you will also be expected to contribute your share of making and keeping the structure clean. On property we have a gym (including bar-bell) and yoga-room, a swimming pool and a beautiful park that are at you disposal to use. There is absolutely no traffic noise and a stunning night-sky with very little light pollution. Transport: we have cars here on property, which can be borrowed for occasional use (you need first prove me that you know how to drive standard, need a valid driving license and refill the car if you use it for longer journeys). We will gladly pick you up from a nearby train station upon your arrival.

La maison est pensé comme lieu de vie et d’accueil, nous sommes en train de la retaper petit à petit et souhaiterions recevoir des artistes qui laissent une trace de leur venue en créant une œuvre spécialement dédiée à celle-ci.

  Nous proposons une résidence dans notre tiers lieu. Possibilité de venir nombreux camper sur un grand terrain équipé de sanitaires ou de venir à peu hébergés à la maison. Le travail peut se faire en extérieur (3 ha de prés, lande et forêt) ou dans nos deux salles de 60 m² (non équipées). Nous privilégions le spectacle vivant et le cirque mais sommes ouverts.   L'atelier du Ruisseau est un lieu de création collectif qui réunit une dizaine d'artistes (peintres, scénographes, sculpteurs, art numérique, potier, dessinateur et architecte). Il se compose : - D'un grand hall d'entrée polyvalent de 70 m2 où sont possible d'organiser des expositions, construire en grand format, faire une conférence, projeter une film, répéter un spectacle...) - D'un hangar de 300m2 en open space dédié à la production d'oeuvres. Chaque artiste y a aménagé sa zone personnelle. - D'espaces collectifs : stockage divers, grandes tables de travail, cuisine, table de réunion pour repas collectif.

  Pattern as structure. Light as material. Transformation as form. Perhaps what happens when the artist who normally imposes transformation begins allowing a place to tell him how transformation occurs? What survives transformation? What will be the contemporary relics of today with 3D printing, AI and algorithmic influenced taste?

Who decides that one material is precious and another is kitsch? Why can the same visual vocabulary—crystal, ornament, shine, excess—signify cheapness in one context and extraordinary luxury or sacredness in another? What happens when enormous amounts of skilled hand labor are concealed behind a surface that the viewer initially experiences simply as spectacle? I want to look more closely at the politics embedded in judgments of ornament, labor and value: why some forms of material excess are read as luxury, others as kitsch, and how context determines which kinds of labor become visible. Questions already central to my practice: how objects acquire value, how repeated labor becomes visible through surface, and how material carries the history of the conditions in which it was formed. My practice does not treat radiance as a surface effect alone. It examines how repeated labor changes an object’s authority. I transform familiar objects through thousands of individually placed reflective elements. The labor changes more than their surfaces: it changes how viewers assign authority, value, and significance to them.

By transforming familiar archetypes—from classical figures to mythic icons—into light-refracting physical statements, I examine how society projects and consumes value. My work challenges the ephemeral nature of modern visual culture by demanding slow, tactile engagement. A crystal reflects the light that reaches it. My practice does not treat radiance as a surface effect alone. It examines how repeated labor changes an object’s authority. My sculptures are created through the patient placement of thousands of reflective elements, yet the finished surface can appear immediate and effortless.The process is repetitive, physical, patterned for cognitive and somatic interruption to provide a true moment of yourself reflected back to you with resonance.

  A Tiny Artist Retreat By The Mediterranean Sea In Ventimiglia – Urbain

  A small independent seaside studio in Ventimiglia, on the Italian Riviera, offered to painters and visual artists looking for a quiet week by the Mediterranean. The apartment is just a few steps from the beach and has its own private rooftop terrace. It can accommodate one artist or a couple. I am particularly interested in painting, drawing and printmaking. The idea is a simple and personal exchange: I offer the accommodation free of charge for up to one week and, in return, I would like to receive an original work by the artist for my private collection. The work does not necessarily have to be created during the stay or inspired by Ventimiglia. It may be an existing work, something created here, or something that comes out of the experience. I prefer to decide together with each artist, according to their practice and work. This is a personal and informal exchange rather than an institutional residency. There are no artistic assignments or required subjects.
