Artist Residency – Calle Del Remer – UrbanUrban - Venice (Italy) - 25/05/2026Description of the Space The residency which hosted musician Marina Mauriello is now dedicated to research projects in the field of contemporary art. Located in the Cannaregio district, it overlooks a wide Rio Terà between Ca’ d’Oro and Fondamenta Nuove, in an authentic and quiet area of historic Venice. The space has an independent entrance and is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a studio of approximately 20 sqm with direct access to the calle, an artist laboratory/workspace, and a bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a large hall of approximately 40 sqm with a ceiling height of 3 meters, suitable for exhibitions, meetings, and research activities, offering complete freedom for installations and hanging works. An internal guesthouse is also available, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms to support artist residencies. Spirit of the Place The residency is not a traditional hospitality venue, but a space designed to welcome artists, curators, researchers, musicians, and cultural professionals, offering a private and immersive environment dedicated to the development of creative and research projects. The guesthouse is available exclusively within the framework of the artist residency activities. The residency is offered on a paid basis, with costs determined according to the nature of the project and the duration of the stay. It is not based on an exchange of artwork. Workshop In Nature – NatureNature - Catamarca (Argentina) - 03/05/2026Amarillo es un espacio cultural independiente y residencia artística ubicado en las sierras de Catamarca, en el norte de Argentina. Es un lugar dedicado a la creación, experimentación e intercambio artístico, rodeado de naturaleza, silencio y paisajes bañados por una intensa luz solar. El proyecto combina elementos de un espacio de arte contemporáneo, una casa rural y un estudio en funcionamiento. El espacio es gestionado por un artista contemporáneo local que desarrolla activamente exposiciones y proyectos artísticos. Amarillo se creó para abrir este proceso a otros, invitando a los artistas a compartir una experiencia cultural y expandir la energía creativa de cada proyecto a través del intercambio y la convivencia. Amarillo da la bienvenida a artistas interesados en desarrollar su trabajo en diálogo con la naturaleza, la luz y la tierra. El espacio está especialmente abierto a prácticas relacionadas con la percepción, el trabajo específico del sitio, la instalación, la performance, la fotografía y los procesos experimentales. Se invita a los residentes a tomarse su tiempo, explorar el entorno y desarrollar un proyecto personal. A cambio, se anima a los artistas a compartir algo con el espacio: una obra de arte, un taller, una charla o un simple gesto que conecte su práctica con el lugar. El ambiente es sencillo, tranquilo y colaborativo. Aquí la vida se basa en la convivencia, los momentos compartidos y el respeto por los demás.
