This beautiful and comfortable apartment is ideally located (at a walking distance to the very center : Beaubourg, le Marais, etc.), and fully equipped.
Exquisite decoration, all commodities and convenience around.

Description of the area and neighborhood : The neighborhood is a beautiful mix of popular cultures (lots of theatres, little streets full of Indian restaurants, African hairdressers, etc.), and also takes on a more quiet and comfortable side (covered market, beautiful shops, etc.). We are two steps away from the Canal Saint-Martin (remember Amélie from Montmartre), and at a walking distance to the very center (15 minutes) : Beaubourg, le Marais, Notre-Dame, etc. - perfect places for culture and shopping.
Facilities (wifi, phone..) : Lovely apartment in a 19th century very Parisian style building (nice back yard, fountain, plants, etc.), all secured (concierge, security cameras). The place is cute and very well decorated with a "cabinet de curiosités" aspect, fully equipped and very comfortable : dish washer, washing/drying machine, Wi-Fi, king size bed, bathtub, etc. Please note there is no TV here - as I decided to ban it from my life a few years ago. But who cares, you are in Paris to enjoy the city !

    Description of the Space The residency which hosted musician Marina Mauriello is now dedicated to research projects in the field of contemporary art. Located in the Cannaregio district, it overlooks a wide Rio Terà between Ca’ d’Oro and Fondamenta Nuove, in an authentic and quiet area of historic Venice. The space has an independent entrance and is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a studio of approximately 20 sqm with direct access to the calle, an artist laboratory/workspace, and a bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a large hall of approximately 40 sqm with a ceiling height of 3 meters, suitable for exhibitions, meetings, and research activities, offering complete freedom for installations and hanging works. An internal guesthouse is also available, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms to support artist residencies. Spirit of the Place The residency is not a traditional hospitality venue, but a space designed to welcome artists, curators, researchers, musicians, and cultural professionals, offering a private and immersive environment dedicated to the development of creative and research projects. The guesthouse is available exclusively within the framework of the artist residency activities.
