Passionate about literature since childhood, it was as a teenager that I began to write poems and stories.
My busy life intersects with experiences in care, mediation, and the organization of socio-cultural projects across cities and continents. Human encounters and the gifts of nature sharpen my sensitivity, allowing me to depict my vision of the world through words. Today I want to devote myself fully to what has always been within me and take advantage of time to work on a new project and deepen certain literary bases to refine my creation and diversify the forms of writing. After many years of discreet writing, I published my first collection of poetry entitled Bonne Nuit l’Amour. I am currently working on two other projects and I would wholeheartedly wish for bubbles favorable to creation, launching me on the path of my limitless passion for writing.

Propositions artistiques en échange de la résidence (oeuvres, cours, ateliers, dîner, concert...) : I would be delighted to share with you my passion for writing but also my human qualities and my versatility. It is always a real pleasure for me to put myself at the service of a place and create human connections. I imagine times of discussion, writing, creation, listening, mutual aid, culinary sharing (an area that I particularly like, and I would be delighted to introduce you to palettes of flavors and inspirations brought back from travels). I can also contribute to daily life. I adapt easily. If the context is suitable, I would also like to imagine and set up workshops and events, particularly in rural areas, where I deeply believe in the essential place of artists in nurturing links and opening up practices. All of this would remain to be defined together, based on desires, needs and possibilities.
Description environment are you looking for ( nature, urban, other…) : I need a place to ground myself, a place conducive to concentration. I'm open to different types of places as long as it's quiet. I need a framework to work and make what is still in me germinate. Ideally, I would like to join a residency from mid-September for a period of three weeks to two months.
Describe your projects for a residence : This residency would extend a two-month solo trip to Sardinia during which I would write a poetic travel diary on a theme still kept secret. On my return I would enter a maturation phase, one where we sort, shape and where other ideas for creating links emerge. I also need time to study Yves Lavandier's work on dramaturgy.
Description of the type of workspace needed (office, studio, rehearsal space…) : A personal space with a desk.

    I am Siméon MB, I am a poet and I am looking for a writing space to begin a first collection of poetry, “Chant à quatre voix (provisional title)”. I'm looking for a calm place where I can start structuring things, putting my texts together, and putting them into shape. A place that I could live in for a while, around which I can get some fresh air at times. And perhaps also have an outside perspective. In exchange for the residency, I offer a collection of poems in the form of a fanzine, a reading or a sound piece.
