Artist Bio – Fine Arts
- Grand Rapids (United States) - 20/06/2026Rachael Van Dyke has participated in over 20 art residency programs including an Arctic Circle sailing expedition with The Arctic Circle Artist and Scientist Residency Program, Svalbard, Norway (April 2025). Selected past residencies include Keeneland Raceway (KY), United States National Park Service (Isle Royale), Mackinac Island State Historic Parks (MI), Moulin à Nef (France), Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (VA), Fundación Valparaiso (Spain), Cill Rialaig (Ireland), BROTA Residencia de Artista (Argentina), Studio Ginestrelle (Italy), Art Center Padula (Italy), Officina Stamperia del Notaio (Sicily), Golden Apple Art Studio (ME), Studio Faire (France), The Edgewood Cottage (NC), Le Jardin Botanique (France), TICA (Art Institute of Chicago), and Les Tasis (France). Van Dyke’s solo exhibitions have included The Delaware Contemporary (DE), Art and Light Gallery (SC) Jones Mazie Gallery (NC), Forest Hills Fine Art Center (MI), Power Center of Performing Arts (MI), University of Michigan Hospital Gifts for Art program (MI), Devos Center for Arts and Worship (MI), Postma Center for the Arts (MI), Watauga Arts Council (NC), and The Museum of Motherhood on-line solo exhibition (NYC). Corporate acquisitions include the Henry Ford Cancer Institute, Devos Children’s Hospital, Marriott Hotels, West Michigan Cancer Center, Steelcase, Tyndale Publishing, Renown Health, Del Lago Resort, Trinity Health,and Bank of America. She received her MAE at Kendall College of Art and Design. Her work is represented with galleries in Kentucky, Michigan, and the Carolinas. Rachael Van Dyke has made public presentations on art and creativity, art and the spiritual, and on how space and place influence a body of work.
