Artiste Latin En – Visual Arts
- Antigua Guatemala (Guatemala) - 19/02/2026Bonjour, je m’appelle Ale, je suis une artiste communautaire guatémaltèque. À partir du mois d’août, je voyagerai en Europe pendant quelques mois et je cherche un espace dans un petit village en France pour travailler sur mon art pendant deux mois. J’aimerais vivre près de la campagne, de la nature, et avoir l’occasion de pratiquer mon français avec la communauté locale. J’aime beaucoup créer des collaborations avec les personnes du lieu et, si possible, proposer des ateliers avec la communauté. Ce serait aussi très beau de pouvoir partager le travail réalisé à la fin de mon séjour, à travers une petite exposition dans un espace local. Au Guatemala, j’ai un atelier qui s’appelle El Nido. C’est un espace où nous nous concentrons sur l’autonomisation et le développement personnel à travers l’art. Ce qui m’intéresse profondément, c’est de créer un changement dans ma communauté en utilisant l’art comme outil. À travers la peinture, l’introspection et la visualisation, je cherche à accompagner des processus de transformation intérieure et de prise de conscience.

Mon univers est inspiré par le fauvisme, les arts populaires d’Amérique latine et d’Inde, les arts premiers, et par l’art brut, pour sa liberté et sa force expressive. Je compose des figures féminines et des créatures hybrides, accompagnées de motifs décoratifs et symboliques, donnant naissance à des formes presque totémiques, reconnaissables dès le premier regard.

Choreographer & Performer — Body, Voice, Masks — Seeking Creative Residency – Performing Arts- Drozdov (Czech Republic) - 23/04/2026Kateřina Eva Lanči is a Czech choreographer, performer and vocalist with over 20 years of international experience (Czech Republic, Mexico, Qatar, Europe). Founder of Loco:Motion Company and artistic director of Stodola Drozdov Residency Centre (South Bohemia, CZ). Her practice moves along the axis of body–voice–masks: rooted in somatic work, Contact Improvisation and ritual performance. Currently developing new research into mask theatre, and touring a duet with choreographer Radim Klásek (Czech National Theatre, Duncan Centre Prague). She plays ukulele, composes original songs, and leads workshops that open the dialogue between movement and voice — for trained dancers and curious non-dancers alike.

Nature - Catamarca (Argentina) - 03/05/2026Amarillo is an independent cultural space and artist residency located in the mountains of Catamarca, in northern Argentina. It is a place dedicated to artistic creation, experimentation, and exchange, surrounded by nature, silence, and landscapes bathed in intense sunlight. The project combines elements of a contemporary art space, a rural house, and a functioning studio. The space is managed by a local contemporary artist who is actively developing exhibitions and artistic projects. Amarillo was created as a way to open this process to others, inviting artists to share a cultural experience and expand the creative energy of each project through exchange and shared living. Amarillo welcomes artists interested in developing their work in dialogue with nature, light, and the land. The space is especially open to practices related to perception, site-specific work, installation, performance, photography, and experimental processes. Residents are invited to take their time, explore the surroundings, and develop a personal project. In return, artists are encouraged to share something with the space: a work of art, a workshop, a talk, or a simple gesture that connects their practice to the place. The atmosphere is simple, peaceful, and collaborative. Life here is based on coexistence, shared moments, and respect for others.

Artist Residency – Calle Del Remer – UrbanUrban - Venice (Italy) - 25/05/2026Description of the Space The residency which hosted musician Marina Mauriello is now dedicated to research projects in the field of contemporary art. Located in the Cannaregio district, it overlooks a wide Rio Terà between Ca’ d’Oro and Fondamenta Nuove, in an authentic and quiet area of historic Venice. The space has an independent entrance and is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a studio of approximately 20 sqm with direct access to the calle, an artist laboratory/workspace, and a bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a large hall of approximately 40 sqm with a ceiling height of 3 meters, suitable for exhibitions, meetings, and research activities, offering complete freedom for installations and hanging works. An internal guesthouse is also available, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms to support artist residencies. Spirit of the Place The residency is not a traditional hospitality venue, but a space designed to welcome artists, curators, researchers, musicians, and cultural professionals, offering a private and immersive environment dedicated to the development of creative and research projects. The guesthouse is available exclusively within the framework of the artist residency activities.

I’ve been creating since the day i freed myself from perfectionism and started falling into expressing what want to become shapes and colors. ;) That was around 6 years ago. I’m always changing and so is my way of thinking and creating. I love to travel and meet new places, people and animals. (especially dogs and horses have a special place inside my heart) Here are some things i like: yoga, good food, conversation and connections, long walks, the sea, big old trees, being open and playful about life and it’s lessons, sharing and learning new skills, apples, psychology, photography, paint, colors in general, honesty, card games, good sleep, writing and reading poetry, big feelings, … ( not necessarily in the order ;) ) I’m here to find a place to express myself, to connect and to share what i love. thank you 🙏
